With Fowey mussels, Davidstow cheddar and beer battered Newlyn haddock on the menu, you’ll definitely be sampling the best that Cornwall has to offer.
Head chef, Michael Corbin, has a flare for good food, cooked well, that tastes exceptional. The menu includes favourites such as fish and chips, burgers and Caesar salad, but each of the dishes have their own twist. You can expect fish served with tomato and samphire sauce, truffle parmesan fries, and crispy buttermilk chicken, served with maple glazed bacon.
All of our dishes come with allergen advice.
He might be biased but our head chef Michael thinks his roast is the best around, and we can’t argue with that!
Why not join us this weekend to try his Sunday lunch out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.
Michael has extensive experience as a chef, working at a hotel in Padstow, which boasted an award-winning 2 AA Rosette and was commended in the Cornish Accredited Restaurant Guide.
His passion for food started from the bottom up, beginning his working life as a waiter before moving into the kitchen as a sous chef and working his way to the top.
Michael worked in restaurants across Cornwall and his home country, South Africa, before returning to the hotel in Padstow, where he spent a decade crafting his culinary skills as head chef.
As a local to the area, Michael seized an opportunity to join The Park and put his own signature on what he describes as ‘real food, done well’ at The Kitchen by The Beach.
