For anyone wanting to take advantage of cold water swimming....with delicious hot chocolate or yummy pastries after, OF COURSE...join us on Monday 22nd & 29th April for a Cold Water Swimming session. We'll open our outdoor swimming pool from 8am until 10am.
There's no charge for the use of the swimming pool, however, drinks and food will be charged for. You can make use of the sauna and steam room after. We know how important mental health wellness is and hope we can help by offering our venue for you to enjoy.
Remember, while cold water swimming has benefits, it also comes with risks like hypothermia and cardiac stress. If you’re new to cold water swimming, it’s important to start gradually and prioritize safety. Don’t swim alone and remember everyone is responsible for themselves.
